Brendan Kennedy

Chief Executive Officer

Brendan Kennedy has served as our Chief Executive Officer and member of our board of directors since January 2018. He has also served as CEO and member of the board of directors of our subsidiary, Tilray Canada Ltd., since 2013. Brendan served as the Executive Chairman and member of the board of directors of Privateer Holdings, a private investment firm focused exclusively on the cannabis industry, since he founded it in October 2011. Prior to founding Privateer Holdings, Brendan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Silicon Valley Bank Analytics from 2010 to 2011 and Managing Director from 2006 to 2010. Brendan is highly qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his vital role as a founder and CEO of our company and his extensive background and knowledge of our industry.

Brendan Kennedy holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS in Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Jon Levin

Chief Operating Officer
Jon Levin joins Tilray from Revlon where he most recently was General Manager, U.S. Mass Markets, responsible for the consumer products sold through major retailers in the United States. With 25 years of experience, Levin has general management knowledge in diverse industries including beauty and health, CPG and sporting goods. Prior to Revlon, he was the Executive Vice President, Sales, for Ferrara Candy Company, and had senior sales leadership positions with Nautilus, Wrigley and Acosta. Levin has a B.S. in Economics from Portland State University and a degree in Executive Management from Cornell University.
Michael Kruteck

Michael Kruteck

Chief Financial Officer
Michael Kruteck joined as Tilray’s CFO in March 2020. Prior to this, Michael Kruteck served multiple senior financial roles at Molson Coors Beverage Company and most recently as CFO for Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy. With over 30 years of experience, Kruteck possesses a broad finance background with specific experience in financial and operational transformations, supply chain, corporate finance, and financial planning and analysis. Michael received his MBA from the Garvin School of International Management (Thunderbird) and his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Rita Seguin

Chief Human Resources Officer

Before joining Tilray in 2019, Rita most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Diageo North America supporting the transformation of the U.S. business and implementing strategic HR initiatives and models. Rita’s appointment represents Tilray’s commitment to the long-term growth and success of the people within the organization. She oversees the synchronization of the company’s growing global team and recruitment of talent all over the world.     

Rita Seguin attended the University of Windsor where she received her BA.

Andrew Pucher

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Andrew Pucher joined Tilray in March 2019 from Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director and served as Head of Canadian Diversified Investment Banking, which included coverage of the Canadian cannabis industry. Previously, Andrew was a member of Goldman Sachs’ Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York where he advised on more than $200 billion in announced M&A and financing transactions, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical sector.

Andrew leads Tilray’s corporate development function, including the team responsible for M&A and corporate investments.  

Andrew Pucher attended Simon Fraser University and obtained a JD/MBA from York University.

Dara Redler

Dara Redler

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Prior to joining Tilray, Dara most recently served as Vice President and Senior Counsel for Coca-Cola North America and held several leadership roles in the legal division during her 18 years at The Coca-Cola Company. In her role as Tilray General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Dara oversees the strategic global growth of Tilray and all its subsidiaries with the legal team and works cross-functionally with all teams within the organization.    

Dara Redler attended Duke University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor, Law, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she received her B.S., Marketing and the University of Pennsylvania to obtain her B.A., International Studies.

Katy Dickson

President, Manitoba Harvest

Katy joins Tilray from Mattel, the global toy and entertainment leader, where she served as SVP, Global Brand GM and President of American Girl.  Prior to Mattel, Katy worked for NewsCorp, the global media and information leader, where she served as EVP and Global Chief Marketing Officer for the company’s News America Marketing (NAM) division. At NewsCorp, Katy led marketing and brand development for NAM. 

Prior to NewsCorp, Katy spent more than 23 years with General Mills, where she held numerous senior marketing and brand management roles, including Vice President, GM of the Old El Paso and Betty Crocker Dinners businesses. She also served as Vice President, GM for the company’s Pillsbury businesses, and VP leading the Marketing Center of Excellence, a role that touched all brands across every category with responsibility for external best practice sharing, training and development of the entire marketing community, and leading the marketing function into the future with digital, mobile, and social expertise. 

Katy is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, served as a Captain at LA Air Force Base, and earned an MBA degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Woody

Edward Wood Pastorius Jr.

Chief Revenue Officer

Edward “Woody” Pastorius, Jr. has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since March 2018 and has served as the President of North America of our subsidiary, Tilray Canada Ltd., since November 2016. In October 2009, Woody joined MyWedding LLC as President and Chief Executive Officer after its acquisition by Viridian Investment Partners where he was an Executive in Residence starting in December 2008. He then led and managed MyWeddings sale to the Meredith Corporation in November 2014, and continued to lead the company through its transition until June 2016. From 2005 to 2008, Woody was CEO at HEALTHeCAREERS Network, andChief Information Officer of the parent, OnTargetjobs, from 2005 to early 2007. Early in his career, Woody held executive positions, including: President and CEO at Infotrieve from 2003 to 2006; Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for the Gale Group, a Thomson Corporation company, from 1998 to 2003; and General Manager of First Data Screening Services, a First Data Corporation company, from 1995 to 1998. 

Woody Pastorius holds a BA from Colorado State University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology—Old Westbury.
