Annual NACD Directorship 100 List Recognizes the Most Influential Corporate Directors and Governance Experts

NANAIMO, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 26, 2019-- The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) announced the 2019 NACD Directorship 100, a list of the most influential leaders in the boardroom and corporate governance community. Included among this year’s esteemed honorees is Christine St.Clare, a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair for Tilray, a global pioneer in cannabis research, cultivation, production and distribution.

The 2019 NACD Directorship 100 recognizes leading corporate directors and governance advocates in several categories, including attorneys, audit and risk professionals, board advisors, compensation experts, crisis communications experts, governance advisors, investors, media, members of the plaintiffs’ bar, policy advisors, recruiters, and regulators and rulemakers.
